Clift Briscoe Sr. Vice President of Technology Since 1991, Clift Briscoe has been working on the design, development, integration and management of collaborative software application projects to meet telecommunications, data communications, and network management needs. As a founding member of Edge Technologies, Mr. Briscoe has held many positions at Edge, including technology officer, providing software and systems vision and direction, and overseeing the development of products and Enterprise Services. Mr. Briscoe started his career developing systems for the Department of Defense while at RCA. He then joined GTE where he designed and developed Network Management applications for telecommunications and data networks.
