Candidate will be responsible and accountable for end-to-end monitoring and management of application, network, and system health and performance for all TTAC environments. This candidate will assist application and infrastructure teams with strategic planning activities related to the Tivoli framework base as to TTAC program continues to mature.

Responsibilities include:
  • Daily support and monitoring of Tivoli products to include, Netcool (Precision, Omnibus, WebTop), ITM Server Level Monitoring, TPM Configuration Manager, TIM - Identity Manager, TAM - Access Manager.
  • Deployment and base configuration of above mentioned Tivoli products as needed.
  • Customize and extend Tivoli System Management products based on business and technology partner requirements.
  • Ongoing support and maintenance of Tivoli Suite to including but not limited to automations, and rules-writing.
  • Provide end-user training, and supporting documentation supporting the IBM systems management tools.
  • Ensure monitoring profiles and notification rules match business partner and technology team's expectations.
  • Monitor run-time components, developing distribution packages, managing data movement, and maintaining schedules
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to product infrastructure and related custom code
  • Work with Technology Architecture Team on standards, product roadmap, and architecture decisions based on the enterprise blueprint.
  • Monitor and assess impact of related security patches and work with support team on recommendations.
  • Provide 24 x 7 support as needed.
